Mr. Fuller has over 33 years of engineering design, project management and commissioning experience. His experience includes projects for office buildings, laboratories, transportation facilities, theaters, museums, K-12 schools, hospitals, colleges/ universities, courthouses and institutions. These projects involved new construction and renovations of existing facilities encompassing energy retrofits and restorations of historic buildings.
Mr. Fuller has been involved in numerous laboratory projects. His experience includes chemical, physics, biological and vivarium laboratories. He has designed both constant air volume and variable air volume tracking systems for the projects. Many of the laboratory projects incorporate energy conserving features into the design.
Mr. Fuller has been involved in energy conservation and the use of alternative energy sources, such as thermal storage systems, geothermal and solar energy, throughout his engineering career. He has also designed many building types that include sustainable design and is LEED certified with the U.S. Green Building Council.
Mr. Fuller is involved in building commissioning and has commissioned numerous projects. Mr. Fuller is a certified commissioning authority and a member of the ACG, AABC Commissioning Group.
Mr. Fuller is a graduate of Virginia Tech and licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland.
